We are a nonprofit trade association that focus 100% on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Contractors approved by each State under the policies and procedures of the United States Department of Transportation. It is our duty to work with the State Government relating to DBE procurement. We advocate to each related State on behalf of our DBE members.
Our objective is to assist with streamlining procurement processes and to provide the necessary tools and resources to achieve beyond success. Our affiliate partner's tools allow our members to access more Government and Corporate entities relating to procurement. Our goals are to provide tools and resources that have not been made available in the past years for small, mid-size and diversity businesses which limited them in bidding or participating in business opportunities. Our processes allow small and diversity business owners access to Government and Corporate entities relating to procurement.
